Recent ActivityFamily Access Welcome to Family Access Kirbyville CISD has implemented the latest technology in allowing parents/guardians to become actively involved in the planning sessions for their child’s education. The power of Family Access gives teachers and parents alike the tools necessary to partake and assist in their child’s schooling experience.
This is a valuable tool through which parents can track calendars, basic student demographic information, grades, attendance, scheduling, discipline, academic history, and health information.
All parents need to do is contact their child’s campus to register and receive your login and password. Parents may also request their login information be emailed to them by following the directions to register for Family Access provided on the Kirbyville CISD website at (kirbyvillecisd.org).
Calendar: You will see each month’s calendar with all assignments listed. Also, you will see grading calendar dates, missing assignments in red, etc.
Student Information: This consists of basic demographic information for your student: name, address, phone, etc. You can also view emergency contact information. Please contact the campus and submit correct information if you find an error with any of the information. Gradebook: This will provide you with a complete list of grading information for the entire year. It will include progress reports and report card grades. Attendance: A detailed calendar provides options to all absences in detail. Please contact the campus attendance clerk if you need information about any absence, tardy, etc. Schedule: This is a list of your child’s classes and teachers. Discipline: You will be able to view your student’s current disciplinary record, including all referrals and actions. Food Service: You will be able to view your child’s current lunch balance along with other information about their lunch account. Academic History: You may view your child’s academic history from the time they entered Kirbyville CISD. E-Mail Notification: You may sign up to receive an email notification if your student’s grades go below the passing standard. Health Information: Complete list of all immunizations that have been reported to Kirbyville CISD for your child. Login History: Skyward records each time you have accessed the program. If you would like to register for a login to the portal, here is the process: 1.Your login information may be picked up in person from the following staff members: High School – Amy Lewis Junior High – Stephanie Cucancic Elementary – Wendy Jackson Anyone requesting a login to the portal will need to have their Driver’s License in order to receive their login. 2. To receive login information by email if you cannot visit one of the campuses personally, please download the Request for Family Access Form in the Files area to the right, complete and sign the form, and either fax or email back to the appropriate campus. |
